Kista Martin, aged 45, of Patrick Road, St John’s, has denied being the owner of a dog not under proper control.

The matter is a civil complaint rather than a criminal charge.
The incident is alleged to have happened on November 24 at Patrick Road in St John’s and involved a Newfoundland cross poodle.
Advocate Jim Travers, representing Ms Martin, said that documents relating to an Manx SPCA assessment had been passed to the prosecution for review.
A pre-hearing review will take place on June 6.
