Planners’ decision to refuse the creation of residential units and office accommodation at Arragon House, in Santon, has been upheld at appeal.
Allen John and Marilyn Lloyd (17/01205/B) had their bid turned down.
They appealed but now DEFA Minister Geoffrey Boot has accepted a recommendation that the appeal be dismissed.
In the decision notice it states that t the site is not designated for development and the work would ’have an adverse effect on the landscape’.
