An application (20/00069/B) for three attached homes in Ramsey has been submitted by Forest Homes.

If approved by planners, the homes would be built to match the existing terrace of homes which runs down May Hill to the corner of Glen Elfin Road where the houses would be built.

This includes the roof, which would be constructed using slate.

Each home would be built with four bedrooms over the upper two floors, along with a bathroom on each.

A kitchen/dining and living space being provided on the ground floor as well as a small water closet.

And there would also be off street parking included with each property.

The front of each property would include sash windows on each floor, which matches the existing houses on the road.

The end house, on the corner of junction Of May Hill and Glen Elfin Road will include a second side of sash windows as the developer has included a corner finish with a triangular cone on the end roof.

At current, the site where the three homes would be built is shown on local plans as unused, with an empty space next to the existing row of houses.

However, a street view of the area shows a disused house in the vicinity.
