Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a man who was involved in a road traffic collision earlier this morning.

Paul Moore, who is aged 27 and lives in Ramsey, left the scene of the incident on the Mountain Road, near to the Mountain Box, on foot earlier this morning.

He is white, about 6ft 2ins tall, with short dark hair, medium build.

A spokesman said: ’We believe he was wearing jeans and a T shirt.

’If anyone knows where Paul is or sees anyone in the vicinity of the Mountain Road matching this description please ring us on 999.

’We currently have search and rescue dogs being utilised to try to find him.’
