The Cronk-y-Voddy Ploughing Society is holding its 81st annual ploughing match on Saturday, January 20.
It is to be held at Lhergydhoo Farm on the Peel to Kirk Michael coast road.
The ploughing competition begins at 10.30am and continues until 3.15pm. It includes ploughing for horses and tractors.
Refreshments will be available in the marquee throughout the day.
In the evening there will be a prize presentation held at St John’s Methodist hall, starting at 7.45pm. It will include a concert and supper chaired by Dot Tilbury MBE.
At the beginning of the evening the society will present a cheque to the Motor Neurone Disease Association Isle of Man.
