A road in Jurby has been closed while police deal with an incident.

The Isle of Man Constabulary said officers are currently at the scene on the Ballamona Straight.

The road has been closed from its junction with The Cronk to the junction with Ballavarran Road.

Motorists are being asked to avoid the area and use alternative routes while the closure remains in place.

Police have not released any further details about the nature of the incident at this stage.
