Police are investigating an altercation that occurred at about 3.30am yesterday (Saturday).

It is known that the incident has occurred outside the Marmais takeaway on Castlemona Avenue, Douglas.
Constable Adam McLoughlin said a number of customers would have seen the events within the takeaway prior to the altercation outside and we are appealing for them to come forward.
Two males have been arrested in connection with this investigation and remain on Police bail. Officers can be contacted at police headquarters on 631212.
