Police have widened their search for missing John Barlow to the United Kingdom.In an update this morning (Sunday) the island force said: 'Police would like to thank everyone who has contacted us with regards to finding John. 'As a result of our enquiries, the focus to find John has now moved to the UK with our colleagues in Lancashire.'John is still considered missing and any information as to his current whereabouts would be gratefully received.'Earlier police said they were 'investigating a number of lines of enquiry’ after appealing for help in finding Mr Barlow.
Police are keen to locate Mr Barlow aged 41 years old.
The post on the police social media page has had more than 1,200 shares with more than 100 comments.
Officers say the photograph is believed to be a good and current likeness of him.

John was last seen wearing a navy colored hooded top, blue jeans, and grey trainers.
Police stress Mr Barlow is not in any trouble but if anyone knows of his whereabouts they are asked to contact police headquarters on (01624) 631212
Police said: 'Police are investigating a number of lines of enquiry still trying to locate John and anyone with information or a recent sighting is asked to get in touch with police.’
