Manx Telecom’s broadband network issues have created problems with the collection of MiCard payments at some post office branches.

The following post offices are affected: Jurby, Andreas, Ballaugh, Kirk Michael, Peel, Governor’s Hill, Main Road in Onchan and Royal Avenue, Onchan.

All customers are able to collect their payments at Douglas Post Office, in Strand Street, which is currently unaffected.

The team have been working with Post Office colleagues this morning and staff are ready to help those wishing to collect their payments in Douglas while the situation continues.
