Chief Minister Howard Quayle has said 4,457 landing cards, permitting people to travel to the island, have been completed.
Mr Quayle was asked to provide details on returning residents by Julie Edge (Onchan) in this week’s written Tynwald questions.
Of the 4,457 arrivals, which may include the same people coming to the island more than once, 3,409 had received checks by phone that they were isolating.
A further 374 were due to be called before their two week isolation expired, while 675 had received homes visits.
Ms Edge’s request for the number of people to have left the island was not possible to be answered as the government has never restricted anyone from leaving the island since the pandemic began.
