Onchan MHK Julie Edge this week repeated her call for an inquiry into Onchan Commissioners.

She told the Examiner that she had heard ’from a few sources’ that the authority’s clerk, Linda Radcliffe, had left.

Ms Edge held a public meeting in the village in the summer about the issue.

’We need to know why all three cases of senior officers leaving without the ratepayers knowing the costs,’ she told the Examiner.

’We need transparency and an inquiry into what is the real issue in the Onchan boardroom.’

Onchan Commissioners have yet to respond to the MHK’s comments.
