A protest against the current border policy was held on Tuesday morning.

Protestors gathered outside the Legislative Buildings in Douglas. They held signs saying ’no to segregation’, ’unvaccinated but not second class’ and ’end victimisation’. One wore a gas mask.

This follows a petition started at the end of June opposing the opening of the borders to the two-plus-two system.

Victoria Hodgson, aged 38, started the petition and organised the protest as she called for a policy that was ’inclusive, fair and avoids any discrimination’.
