Rain will clear to become a dry and bright afternoon.

The Met Office forecast for Wednesday: ‘Some patchy rain at first this morning soon clearing to become dry and bright for the afternoon, as the fresh southerly wind turns to a light to moderate westerly, temperatures up to 17 Celsius.

‘Then staying dry but a bit cloudier again for this evening and overnight, winds a moderate south-westerly and with minimum temperatures of around 12 Celsius.’
