The rates in Onchan are going up.
The local authority is to levy a 2% rise - meaning ratepayers will pay 6p more in the pound, taking the rate to 318p.
The commissioners say inflation and the increase in the cost of waste disposal (a rise of 5.8%) mean they have to raise the rate.
The board says the average house will see bills rise by £11 per year.
