With TT 2020 cancelled, the government is dropping the Senior Race Day bank holiday.

This year’s Senior Race Day was due to be held on June 12.
Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan has now issued an order stating that the bank holiday will not go ahead.
As a result of this, after the late May bank holiday on May 25, the next public holiday will be on July 6 when a scaled-down Tynwald Day will be held.
