Frankie Rhys Horne, aged 17, of Empress Drive, Douglas, appeared before magistrates charged with possessing drugs with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on January 13 and relate to 93.3 grams of ketamine.
The case was adjourned until February 28.
Bail was granted.
