Hospice Isle of Man has launched a survey to find out people’s perceptions and awareness of its services.

The charity is set to mark its 35th anniversary in 2018.

Chief executive Anne Mills said it was important to capture and understand both the views of service users and the wider community in order to be able to continually improve its services.

She added: ’I would particularly encourage people who have not had a connection with Hospice to take just a few minutes to complete the questionnaire as everyone’s opinion really does matter.

’This is just one of the steps we take to reach out to our communities and I look forward to opportunities to engage with you personally as much as possible also. What matters to you really does matter to us.’

The survey is available through www.hospice.org.im or its Facebook and Twitter pages. See https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Hospiceiom

Hard copies are also available through Hospice itself or any of its seven outlets for anyone not able to access the questionnaire online.
