Four Steam Packet sailings cancelled as Storm Bram brings gale force windsScattered showers will continue to move across the island this morning, gradually dying away towards midday to leave the afternoon dry but rather cloudy. The mainly moderate northwest wind will back to the west during the afternoon with highs of 13°C.
The cloud will thicken and lower this evening as the wind turns to the west or southwest and becomes strong, bringing rain and drizzle which will become more persistent overnight. Minimum temperature no lower than 10°C.
Tomorrow will be dull and damp with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle possible at times. The fresh to strong west to northwest wind will ease during the afternoon with a top temperature of 15°C.
Largely cloudy on Wednesday with the cloud still thick enough to produce a little light rain or drizzle. However some brightness is also possible at times, most likely across the north of the island. Temperatures reaching up to 15 or possibly 16°C at best in the moderate to fresh west to southwest wind.
