Staff at Douglas-based company NamPak have been putting together Christmas hampers to give out to a number of local charities.

The contents were gathered from staff and donated by businesses to make up 12 hampers, which were handed out to: Women’s Aid, Graih house, Rebecca House Children’s Hospice, Live at Home, Isle listen, A Little Piece of Hope, Hospice Isle of Man, Victim Support, The Children’s Centre and Bowel Cancer Isle of Man. The idea originated a few years ago with a hamper being donated to Women’s Aid, before turning into an ’annual event’ with preparations beginning in early September to put together baskets for multiple charities.
