Richard Leslie Callow, aged 70, of The Meadows, Kirk Michael, has had his court case adjourned due to ill health.

He has previously pleaded guilty to stalking but not guilty to provoking behaviour.

A trial was due to be held in summary court on June 29, but was postponed due to his health.

He did not attend court but was represented by advocate David Clegg.

The case was adjourned until August 1 when it is hoped an update can be provided.

Bail continues.
