Enjoying singing with others is really the only criteria to join Ramsey’s Summer Singers - so says new musical director Geoff Collier.

Mr Collier has now taken over from previous director Mavis Quirk for the singers, which are always happy to recruit extra members, particularly men.

’There are no auditions and being able to read music, although useful, is by no means a necessity. Enjoying singing together is really the only criterion for joining. All are very welcome, and we’d especially love to add to our male section.’

The choir rehearses Monday evenings at St Paul’s Church in Ramsey, starting at 7.15pm. Anyone interested in a concert this year or next, or wanting information contact Geoff Collier on 852364 or email [email protected].
