Captain Steve Carter’s illustrated talk ’Steam on the Farms and Roads of Mann’ was due to be given to the Isle of Man Victorian Society last November, but will now be given tonight (Friday).

It takes place at St Ninian’s High School in the Barbara Cottier Lecture Theatre at 8pm and is open to non-members at a nominal admission charge of £1, which includes light refreshments.

Those attending should use the Somerset Road entrance.
