James Anthony Scott, aged 37, of Windsor Road, Ramsey, has had his trial postponed.

He was due to face a trial in summary court on June 23 after previously pleading not guilty to drug-driving.

However, the court heard that an expert’s evidence had only just been provided by the defence.

A pre-trial review will now be held on July 20, when a new trial date will be fixed.

Bail continues.
