The Microgaming Triathlon Festival runs over the coming weekend, centred on Ramsey.

This is a pool-based event over the sprint distance, starting with a 750 metre swim, followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run.

The swim is 30 lengths of the Ramsey Swimming Pool, the cycle course goes out towards Bride, then Smeale and Andreas before returning to Ramsey. The run is in and around Mooragh Park.

The individual race will be held on the Saturday, starting 9am, with the team event on Sunday, also at 9am.
