Developer Dandara’s new development in Ramsey is under way.

Twenty-two homes are being built off Gardeners Lane, in what will be officially called Auldyn Meadow.

A mixture of two- and three-bedroom bungalows and three-bedroom semi-detached homes are being built there.

Twelve bungalows are available for purchase now, with a further 10 homes due to be released for sale in the near future. A show house showing similar properties is available to view in Peel.

Prices start from £229,950 and most of the properties have a garage, although the garage is optional for the two-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.

As the Manx Independent reported last week, a development of 23 flats is being built off Premier Road and Mooragh Park in Ramsey.
