The government’s latest weekly surveillance report shows that there have been another two Covid-related deaths in the island.
It brings the Isle of Man’s total death toll from the pandemic to 66.
The recent deaths occurred on November 6 and November 8.
In the past week, the government reported that there has been a rise in infections, driven mainly by infections in the 10 to 14 year age group.
This is a ’continuation of the emerging trend seen last week’.
There have been smaller increases in the 0-9 and 30-59 year age groups.

The current seven-day average for confirmed positive cases is around 44.
Most recent seven-day daily average test positivity rate is 21.0% (the % of people who test positive of those overall who have been tested).
The effective reproduction number (Rt, the number of people that one infected person will pass the virus to) was 0.91 this week, which is a slight increase on last week.
There have been 44 new cases of Covid detected in the past 24 hours, and a total of 379 active cases in the island. Three cases were in hospital, none in ICU.
