Emergency services dealt with a structure fire on Woodbourne Road, Douglas on Friday evening.

A section of Woodbourne Road was closed between the junction of Albany Road and York Road traffic lights for a couple of hours while the fire was dealt with, re-opening just after 9.15pm.

The police and fire service have since opened an investigation to determine the cause of the fire.
