Tickets are now on sale for our tombola draw to win a small wallaby sculpture as featured on the Wallabies Gone Wild art trail.

Since we launched Wallabies Gone Wild, the wallabies and their artwork have gained thousands of admirers and we’ve lost count of the number of times that we’ve been asked where people can get their hands on a wallaby of their own.

We often hear the phrase ’one of these would look great in my garden’, or ’I’d like one of these for my house’, and whereas the type of small wallaby sculptures that make up the trail aren’t for general sale, one lucky person will get to own one.

The wallaby that is up for grabs in the prize draw is one of the smaller wallabies, the same as those that have been designed by the schools and community groups and it stands just shy of 3ft tall.

The winner will be able to choose to take home the wallaby as a plain white, blank canvas and apply their own creative design, or they can opt for a custom design from several selected artists who have designed and painted the large wallabies for the art trail.

This really is an exclusive prize which the winner can then make truly unique and personal to them, not to mention that it’s the ultimate souvenir of the summer our colourful wallabies took over the Isle of Man.

The total value of the prize is approximately £1,200 and there are just 2,000 tickets available. The winning ticket will be drawn on Sunday, September, during our farewell weekend, which is being held at Ballannette in Baldrine.

Tickets are £10 each and can be purchased from Hospice Isle of Man, all Hospice shops island-wide and from Hospice stalls at community events.

Tickets cannot be purchased online or over the phone.

All proceeds from the competition will go to Hospice Isle of Man to help us support people in our community to live well, their way, until the end of life.

The minimum age for people to be able to take part in the competition is 16.
