The Met Office at Ronaldsway released the following weather update at 8.25 pm tonight. (Saturday)

Still the risk of an isolated wintry shower tonight but most places will be dry with a few clear intervals allowing a fairly widespread frost to develop with ice on any untreated wet or damp surfaces. Temperatures falling to near freezing in many places but then slowly lifting a few degrees late in the night as the wind freshens from the east.

Rather cloudy at first tomorrow (Sunday) but mostly dry and becoming brighter with some sunshine for the afternoon as the wind swings northeast and slowly moderates. Top temperature just about 4°C.

Mostly dry and bright on Monday with sunny intervals and only isolated wintry showers coming over on moderate to fresh north-northwest breezes. Temperatures 5 or 6 Celsius at best, but with a slight frost in places at first and again at night.
