The weather forecast from the Met Office:
A chilly start this morning but an otherwise fine and bright day with plenty of sunshine. Feeling pleasant in the sunshine and light and variable breeze, with temperatures reaching up to 11 or possibly 12°C at best.
Easter Sunday will be mostly dry but largely cloudy with highs of just 9°C. The westerly wind will strengthen during the day, before rain arrives during the evening, turning wintry over the hills later. Some wintry showers are then possible at all levels overnight, as it turns very cold with a risk of ice.
Some sunny intervals on Monday between any scattered, wintry showers which will move through quickly on a strong to gale force north to northwest winds that will ease to become fresh to strong later. Maximum temperatures only around 6°C.
