The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Starting cloudy and dull today, with extensive hill fog and some patchy light rain and drizzle possible. However, it will be dry from later in the morning onwards, and through the second half of the day the cloud will gradually break to allow sunny intervals to develop. Maximum temperature 18 Celsius, with moderate or fresh southerly winds.
Most of tonight will be dry, then tomorrow will be damp at first with a little light rain and drizzle, as well as low cloud and mist in many places. However, through the day it will become dry, and warm bright or sunny intervals should develop in the north and around parts of the west coast.
On Thursday low cloud and mist will again affect much of the island, but the north is likely to see some warm sunshine at times.
