The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Cool and clear start to the day, becoming fine and sunny. Light northwest wind becoming variable this afternoon and a top temperature of 18°C.
Clouding over tonight as heavy rain arrives overnight that may lead to localised surface water flooding. This accompanied by a strong to gale force southeast wind. Then for the rest of Tuesday the heavy rain will gradually clear to showers in the afternoon as the wind veers southwest and decreases.
On Wednesday any showers quickly clearing as it becomes fine and dry with sunny intervals. Fresh to strong northwest wind decreasing and backing southwest as the day progresses. Highest temperature 17°C.
