The Met Office has issued another yellow warning for coastal overtopping.

The forecast:

A mixture of bright or sunny spells and scattered showers today, some of which may become quite heavy and prolonged. Breezy with a fresh to strong south to southwest wind, with temperatures reaching up to 10°C at best.

Mainly dry this evening and at first tonight, but turning increasingly cloudy as the wind backs to the southeast and increases strong to gale force, as a spell of heavy rain arrives later in the night. Minimum temperature near to 6°C.

Wet and windy at first tomorrow, with heavy rain and a strong to gale force southeast wind which will turn to the south or southwest towards midday as the rain clears, leaving scattered showers for the rest of the day. Top temperature around 10 or possibly 11°C.

Thursday will be bright with some spells of sunshine and a small risk of an isolated shower. Highest temperature around 10°C, with a fresh southwest wind, which will back to the south and strengthen during the evening ahead of some rain developing overnight.
