Jennifer Anne Cowie, aged 38, of Lheannag Park, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with three counts of benefit fraud.

The offences are alleged to have been committed between November 2020 and February 2023 and involve an alleged overpayment of £8,710.
She was represented in court by advocate Ian Kermode who asked for an adjournment until July 18 to allow time to make further enquiries.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
