Stephanie Ann Brown, aged 36, of The Threshold, Jurby, has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of diazepam.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on February 26 at Old Castletown Road in Douglas.

Ms Brown was represented in court by advocate Jane Gray.

A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on September 28.

Bail continues in the sum of £500.
