A suggestion by Ramsey commissioner Steve Kelly that netting be installed around the crazy golf shelter in Mooragh Park to deter seagulls from nesting on the roof, as has happened in previous years, was deemed too late in the day.

Chairman Ffinlo Williams reminded Mr Kelly that only last month the board had voted to put up bunting in certain areas of the park as a means of deterring the birds.
