The Conister Bank-sponsored BMX Isle of Man Club Championships were held in Ramsey on Sunday in damp conditions.

But the weather failed to dampen the spirit of the competitors who put on an excellent display of racing.

The under-fours started the day’s proceedings in wet conditions, with Jude Callister taking four wins from four followed by Evan Henderson and Lola Garrett.

The six-and-unders were next up with some great action, Eben Horisk storming to victory in all four motos while positions behind him changed in every moto. Eben claimed the title with Jack Bullock second and Casey Crone third.

The male sevens saw Finbar McSevney take the honours from Riley Cleator and George Long after some great battles along the way.

The male eights was one of the most competitive age groups, with all riders elbow-to-elbow at times. Joey Huyton came out on top with Brad Le Geyt second and Zac Woodward third.

Eddie Dillon clinched the honours in all four motos for the male nines followed by Cameron Hounsell and Stevie Dugdale.

The male 10s winner was Myles Le Geyt with TJ Teare taking second place, while the female under-10s saw Jasmine Dillon claim the title from Africah-Rose Cleator and Daisy Teare.

The 11-14 year olds category saw some very close competitive racing, with Danny Ball taking the title from the only female competitor, Chloe Dillon, and Ryan Herdman.

Matty Boyde won the male 15-29 year olds class from Adam Henderson and Wayne Garrett while Jon Huyton took the title for the 30+ year olds from Charlie Boyde and Juan Callister.
