The Microgaming-sponsored 2017-18 Isle of Man Cross-Country League begins this Sunday over the Castle Rushen High School course, hosted by Manx Harriers.
There are two signing on nights, this evening (Thursday) and Friday in Manx Harriers clubhouse, both from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Maps and a race timetable appertaining to the first course are also published on the IoM AA website. At each race venue, signing on will take place between 1pm and the start of the first race at 2pm, however all athletes are encouraged to sign up in advance and take the opportunity of entering the league (all four races) at a knock down rate of £18 for seniors or £10 for juniors. Make sure you bring your cash or cheque book with you.

Round two will be hosted by Western AC on Sunday, November 5 with Northern AC doing likewise on December 3. The final event doubles up as the Isle of Man championships and takes place on Sunday, January 21 hosted by Manx Harriers over the Nunnery course, which proved popular when first used last season.
