Matt Bostock has been named in the Great Britain team for this weekend’s UCI Track Cycling World Cup second round in Manchester.

The Glen Vine cyclist is included in GB’s 100% ME line-up that will tackle the Tissot-sponsored meeting at the Manchester Velodrome from Friday to Sunday.

Bocky will contest the men’s endurance race alongside team-mates Ethan Hayter, Joe Holt, Matt Walls and Fred Wright.

Last week the Manx rider was in action at the opening round of the 2017 World Cup in Poland where he claimed a fine debut sixth place in the men’s points race at the Pruszków Velodrome.
