Classic TT festival organisers have issued a revised entertainment schedule for tomorrow (Friday) which will still feature the majority of the activity planned for the Classic TT Paddock in Noble’s Park.

It will include live music, DJ sets, the Purple Helmets stunt show, pop up bike displays and outdoor cinema screenings - now wrapped around Friday afternoon’s additional qualifying session and the evening Mountain Course action.

Grandstand ticket holders will have the bonus of two sessions for the price of one with the additional qualifying session now scheduled – with both set to feature all four Classic TT classes ahead of Saturday’s first race day as well as the prime vantage point for the Purple Helmets pit lane show at 4.30pm, between the two sessions.

The free entertainment will kick off with a screening of the all-time TT favourite, No Limit, for Breakfast by the Big Screen.

There will be plenty of chances to meet some of the current TT stars as well as past heroes like Giacomo Agostini and Carl Fogarty, pop displays featuring iconic bikes.

Fans can immerse themselves in the sounds of 1950s rock ‘n’ roll on the Classic TT Main Stage courtesy of Darrel Higham and the Enforcers – the UK’s premier Rockabilly artist. There will be an early evening set ahead of the evening qualifying session.

The Smoking Guns will now play their first of two DJ sets at midday at the Trackside to get the paddock rocking with their favourite Northern Soul stompers, R&B classics, funk, ska and more ahead of the afternoon qualifying session, returning for a second set later.

The evening’s entertainment will conclude with a Sundown Cinema screening of Back to the Future – the appropriately titled retro classic to bring the day to a nostalgic conclusion.

As well as the packed free entertainment programme in the paddock, the Classic TT VIP Suite plays host to a number of official ticketed experiences throughout the Bank Holiday weekend. Friday’s programme features ‘Live and Uncut’ with John McGuinness joining James Whitham on stage after the evening qualifying session for unscripted, indiscreet chat show revelations.
