The third and final round of the Summer Prom Run Series takes place this Saturday, September 2 at Castletown, starting at 10am.
Register online at manx timingsolutions.com (closes 8pm tonight, Thursday).
You can either collect numbers at Up & Running, Buck’s Road, Douglas on Thursday or Friday. Sign on at the event from 8.30am on Saturday.
There are 2km, 5km and 10km options.

l The final cut-off for entries in the Ramsey Bakery-sponsored End to End Walk is midnight on Saturday, September 2 at the fee of £30.
The walk takes place on Sunday, September 17 will see two events in tandem with each other.
One race is to Peel only, with the full distance event to The Sound. Please register online via http://www.endtoendwalk.org/
l The Isle of Man Bank Peel to Douglas trail race takes place on Sunday, September 10 (the same day as the End2End cycle).
The course is 10.5 miles long and you can enter on the day from 7.30am at the fish yard car park in Peel.
The start time is 8.30 with a post-race presentation in Manx Harriers clubhouse at the NSC.
