The top two in JCK Division Two had to make do with a share of the spoils at Springfield Road on Saturday.

Joe Canipa put leaders Pulrose United one goal up in the first half, only for Jason Craine to net a deserved equaliser for RYCOB seven minutes from time.

Ramsey missed the chance to move to the head of the standings as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Union Mills.

Foxdale also lost a little ground on their promotion rivals as they were beaten 5-3 at Onchan.

Malew have now drawn level with Dale on points after they edged past Douglas and District 3-2 at Clash Vane.

Elsewhere in the second tier, Ayre United beat bottom side Govenor’s Athletic 4-1.

In the Canada Life Premier League the top two both won in convincing fashion.

Peel put 11 past Castletown, while St Mary’s beat Marown 8-0 at Ballafletcher.

Douglas Athletic held in-form Rushen United to a 2-2 draw at Springfield Road, St George’s winning the other top-flight game to go ahead as they beat Laxey 1-0 at Glencrutchery Road.
