JCK Division Two’s current pacesetters go head-to-head at Springfield Road on Saturday afternoon.
Both are locked on 31 points, but with Youthie having played a game more than their title rivals.
The pair met in the reverse fixture in mid-September, Youthie triumphing on that occasion 3-2 despite a second-half comeback from Pully.
Another tight game should be in prospect, but with perhaps the free-scoring hosts just edging it on this occasion.
Ramsey could move up into second if they beat Union Mills and there’s a victor in the aforementioned match.
The northerners ended Youthie’s unbeaten start last time out and should notch up another over Mills at Ballacloan.
Malew and Foxdale will be hoping to keep the pressure on at the top with victories of their own this week.
The southerners host Douglas and District while Dale take on an Onchan side that has only won once in their last four.
Elsewhere there are two interesting games at the foot of the table.
Ayre United host bottom side Governor’s Athletic, while second-bottom Michael United entertain Gymns.
The Tangerines will be favourites to scoop the points on offer in Andreas, while Gymns look the favourites to triumph at Balleira Road.
