Entries for the Kate Burge Sea-to-Summit Fell Race on Saturday, July 14, close very soon.

A new trailer for the event, entitled ’Together we climb’ is available on YouTube (https://youtu.be/AjjJFYHVxQA).

It includes some spectacular footage, a lot of which was shot from a drone.

More information about the event, which this year forms a round of the English Fell Racing Championships, is available on the race Facebook page and via the website www.katesrace.co.uk

The race will start from Laxey Promenade and finish at the summit of Snaefell. The course covers 14km, with 1,200metres ascent.

More than 400 entries have been received, with a strict maximum limit of 450.
