The Rosemary Mazzone Northern 10-mile run and walk race takes place this Sunday, sponsored by Paul Collins Training.

Sign on is at Ballacloan Stadium, North Shore Road, Ramsey. Walk from 7.15am for an 8am start, run from 8.15 for a 9am start.â??

Open to all abilities, minimum age 17 on the day. No headphones are allowed to be worn. The route starts in Ramsey and heads back in the reverse direction to Ginger Hall and returns via St Jude’s, Jurby Road, Richmond Road and North Shore Promenade to the finish. Water stations at miles four and six.

Fees: £5 for those attached to an athletics club, £7 unattached, £3 for those in full-time education.
