Manx Tri Club is holding a preparation and induction this Sunday in advance of the Isle of Man Triathlon Championships at Ramsey the following weekend.

This Sunday’s session will be from 2.30pm at the Sports Institute, NSC, Douglas and is aimed at those who are novice or have limited experience in the multi-discipline sport.

The event will be free for Manx Tri Club members and £5 for all others.
