Round four of the Ramsey Firemen’s road running league takes place in the northern capital this evening (Thursday).

Registration will take place at Ramsey fire station from 6pm, for two separate starts (one lap and three laps) at 7 o’clock.

Hi-vis clothing is mandatory, all welcome.

l The 2020 Winter Prom series of runs and walks begin this Saturday at Douglas.

All rounds will have 2km, 5km and 10km options. Entries close at 8pm this evening (Thursday) via Manx Timing Solutions.

All events are subject to change if sufficient marshals can be attained or the current regeneration works affect the promenade walkway. Races are all held on a Saturday and start at 10am.
