Round three of the Ramsey Park Run Series takes place this Friday, starting at 7pm.

Sign on at Ramsey Rugby Club from 6pm, races for youths (under-nines and u11s - round a full lap of the Mooragh Lake.

U13s and U15s can compete alongside adults over one large lap of the park and broughs, with a longer three-lap event (approximately 4.8 miles) for the remaining senior and veteran runners. Adults £5 (unattached £7), youths £2.

Races for U13 and above are to be handicapped.

The final two dates are Fridays June 16 and July 14.
