Round two of the Isle of Man Cross-Country League takes place at Ramsey on Sunday week, November 3, organised by Northern AC.

It will be held on the Crossags farm course, behind Ramsey Grammar School, with signing on between 1pm and the start of the first race at 2pm.

l Round two of the Ramsey Firemen’s road running league takes place on Thursday, November 7, starting 7pm. All runners must wear hi-vis clothing, register from 6pm in the fire station.

l The Syd Quirk half-marathon (IoM championship) takes place on Sunday, November 17, starting from Ronaldsway Industrial Estate. Entry forms also available to download on: www.iomvac.co.uk
