Douglas, as expected, picked up a bonus-point win at next to bottom De La Salle in North One West on Saturday afternoon.

The Port-e-Chee ran in four tries in a 24-7 victory. The win moves Douglas up the table into a three-way share of third place with a game in hand.

That game is away at Stockport and is currently scheduled for November 10. Wingmen Adam Boyd and Sam Mete bagged three out of the four Douglas tries with Boyd claiming two. The other score was from Guy Wood with player-coach Carl Murray kicking two conversions.
